#1. CLARIFY THE WIN
CLEARLY defining the WIN impacts what you do daily, it directs our actions.
The win helps directs where we put our resources.
Example: to open 5 new churches in 5 different states that self sustaining in the next 6 months.
#2. Take inventory of all you have to work with.
Don’t limit your inventory to what is obvious.
#3. Intentionally invest your resources in the direction of the desired result.
