Please be notified that there are 3 main purposes of the Senior Pastor’s Office as in behavior and functions:
1. Prayer and Studies. This shall consist up to 40 percent of his time in office.
2. Self evaluation and strategizing with key team leaders by appointment only. Up to 30 percent of his time in office.
3. Selected cases of discipleship sessions, teaching classes, and personal or group counseling session. The rest 30 percent of his time.
In order to make the workflow and communications edifying and enjoyable to all, we are glad that a Personal Assistant is already there to be the time keeper. With this function the flow should be easier and the ‘one gate system’ of audiences and meetings can be implemented at no time.
We are giving a day to day working agenda and a little bit of manner and habit of a healthy Senior Pastor’s Office here and there within the daily walk, so all Pastoral and Staff can pay close attention to it.
This is for the Senior Pastor’s Office only as every office holds different responsibilities and purposes.
Sunday
The Senior Pastor should be ready to preach at any time; in all services. Even when a guest speaker is scheduled, as the Spirit leads, or because of circumstances, the Senior Pastor can take over the service, or sermon at any time. So a sermon or two need to be readied at all times. The Senior Pastor is the main host for each and every Sunday, and shall never leave the premises for any cause, including to pick up or sending away guests.
Before and after services, if necessary; huddle or conduct mini meetings and teachings as necessary.
After all that the Senior Pastor should silent his cellular devices and be with his family with no further appointment scheduled. If a wedding should happen on Sunday, the Senior Pastor SHOULD not be ministering and the duty of conducting Holy Matrimony need to be delegated.
Monday: STAFF DAY
The first working day of the week is STAFF day. This is THE ONLY DAY of the week where all the administrative, objectives, vision casting, delegations, and personal issues of Pastoral team and the staff members being discussed. For PERSONAL discipleship and PERSONAL interactions of the staff member with the Senior Pastor is by appointment only, and only happen on Mondays. The Senior Pastor may call for discipleship sessions, meetings and counseling session with individuals or groups as needed, but within the sphere of Pastoral team or staff members or designated department. At any other day, it is a manner for any Pastoral or any staff member NOT to do a ‘door knocking’ and ask for a short meeting time or an informal chat time with the Senior Pastor unless it has been agreed via appointment beforehand. If the Senior Pastor is teaching for a bible class in the evening, then a one hour period of study is needed to be set aside within the day. All audio visual recording must be done on this day.
Tuesday: DAY OFF

This is the Family Day that can be used for leisure or hosting guests that might be coming to town. Also can be used for meetings with other couples in a relaxing mode.
Note: by appointment means; specific time and subject of conversation need to be under written statement via chat medias with the PA. The Senior Pastor needs to know WHY and what is the topic to be discussed before scheduled meeting approved, no matter how short the meeting is going to be. All formal conversations should be no more than an hour maximum.
This format of office culture has been practiced worldwide by so many leading Pastors, with hope that the Senior Pastor Office will be a healthy and an enjoyable one. This will bring discipline, order, sense of privacy, and mutual respect among all involved.
